Simon Guobadia has accused estranged wife Porsha Williams of intimidation tactics.
In new court documents, Simon requested a restraining order against Williams after alleging she brought an “armed gunman” to the home they shared, prompting police to respond.
In documents obtained by Page Six on Monday, March 25, Guobadia alleged The Real Housewives of Atlanta star temporarily “abandoned” their home, only to return with “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown.”

Guobadia alleged the man showed up at the home not once, but twice.
The Nigerian entrepreneur claimed the first incident happened on March 21, and he called police to “maintain the peace.”
He claimed the second incident occurred around March 24, when Porsha, her mother and her mother’s boyfriend allegedly made a “forcible entry” into the home, disconnected security cameras and “tampered with items and evidence.”
Guobadia asked the court to grant a restraining order against Williams, who filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage.
“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing,” Simon said in his court filing.
The documents said his young children live at the home and he is concerned about their safety.
Neither Simon nor Porsha responded to requests for comment.
Following one month of dating, the pair became engaged in May 2021. They tied the knot in front of hundreds of guests in November 2022.
Williams left RHOA after season 13 and appeared with Guobadia on the spinoff Porsha’s Family Matters.
Just before her divorce filing last month, Bravo announced Williams is returning to the reality series for its upcoming 16th season.
Meanwhile, Simon has been spotted in recent weeks with fashion designer and fitness influencer Jenelle Salazar, sparking romance rumors.
