Omarosa and Tiffany “New York” Pollard are set to compete on a new E! reality series to see who truly is the biggest reality TV villain of them all.

The Apprentice and Flavor of Love alums will duke it out against each other and eight other reality veterans, while all living under the same roof on competition show House of Villains, according to a press release from the cable network.

Each week the contestants compete in a battle-royale challenge that tests their physical, mental and emotional strength. The winner of the challenge is safe from elimination, but at the end of the week one villain is sent home.

In a cast reveal video, MTV’s The Challenge villain Johnny Bananas says he’s “up for a challenge, I’m no leaker. Omarosa, however, probably learned that trick in Washington.”

In the video, Omarosa shoots back by saying, “Listen, boo. I worked in politics — unlike some people, I know how to handle secret documents.”

One by one, the cast members point fingers at one another. Whichever villain manages to out-scheme and out-maneuver the rest of the group at the end will win a $200,000 cash prize and the title of “America’s Ultimate Supervillain.”

The full House of Villains cast also includes 90 Day Fiancé’s Anfisa Arkhipchenko; Love is Blind’s Shake Chatterjee; Survivor’s Jonny Fairplay; Love & Hip Hop: Miami’s Bobby Lytes; The Bachelor’s Corinne Olympios; Vanderpump Rules’ Jax Taylor, and Bad Girls Club’s Tanisha Thomas.

House of Villains is hosted Joel McHale and produced by Irwin Entertainment .

John Irwin, Dave Kuba, Eli Frankel and Matt Odgers serve as executive producers.

The show premieres with a 75-minute supersized episode on Thursday, Oct. 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
