NeNe Leakes apparently had a change of heart about Bravo and dropped her discrimination lawsuit against the network.
According to court documents obtained by People on Monday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star “dismisses this action and all claims asserted.”
“All Parties consent and stipulate to the foregoing dismissal,” the documents said. “No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys’ fees in any submission to this Court.”

The paperwork to dismiss the suit was filed Friday in Atlanta, but it didn’t state why Leakes dropped her claim, according to The Sun, which was the first outlet to report on the suit being dropped.
Leakes filed the lawsuit in April against NBC Universal, Bravo, network executives, production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original, and Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen.
The suit alleged racism and a problematic workplace culture.
Leakes was on RHOA between 2008 and 2020. Her suit referred to exchanges she had with former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who is white. The suit said Zolciak-Biermann used the N-word to refer to Leakes and other housewives after a fight. It also alleged Zolciak-Biermann falsely implied that Leakes used drugs and called her home a “roach nest.”
The lawsuit claimed even though Leakes complained for years to executives, they did nothing to address the issues.
