Married to Medicine returns with explosive new episodes on Sunday.

Bravo released a supertease for the remainder of season 10 on Thursday, which shows Phaedra Parks welcoming the ladies into her holistic world.

“We’re just going to relax, feel the great energy and positivity,” Phaedra tells the group as they meditate.

But the positive vibes don’t last long. The teaser cuts to scenes of the cast airing out dirty laundry and hurling verbal insults including, “stupid hoe.”

At one point in the video, the cast heads to Hilton Head, South Carolina, for a celebration marking ten years of friendship on the show.

The fun-filled trip includes a helicopter ride, canoeing, group dinners and drama.

As the ladies sit down for a meal, the conversation gets spicy when Dr. Heavenly Kimes says she’d be open to letting her husband Damon give her a golden shower.

“Why not?” she says as the other women gasp.

Per Bravo, the upcoming episodes will also show Dr. Jackie Walters getting support from the White House with her campaign against infant mortality. Toya Bush-Harris takes her wine business one step further with an important meeting, and Dr. Kema shocks the guys with his old-fashioned family values.

The ladies will also make a difficult decision about Quad Webb’s future in the group after confronting her about hurtful past comments.

Married to Medicine episode 1007 airs Sunday Dec. 17 at 9:00p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, and new episodes resume Sunday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
