Mario will be joining the 2024 BET+ holiday movie lineup.
The streaming service recently announced the “Let Me Love You” singer will star in the original film Style Me For Christmas.
In the movie, Mario plays Tedee Maxwell, an R&B singer known for his playboy lifestyle and lustful songs.
According to the official description, Tedee’s cold-hearted attitude has hurt his career and personal life. His fans want him to mature, so his manager Sarah (Cheryl Frazier) fixes his image by faking a relationship with plus-sized stylist and fashion designer Tiffany Ford (Raven Goodwin).
