LisaRaye McCoy and Da Brat appear to have finally put the past behind them by making up at the rapper’s birthday party this week.
In an Instagram Story uploaded by Jermaine Dupri on Tuesday, the “What’chu Like” artist was visibly moved when she saw the Single Ladies actress walking up to her in a white dress.
“This is too much for me,” Da Brat gasped after she saw her older sister.
As previously reported, the two siblings took their beef public in September of last year when Da Brat surprised LisaRaye for her birthday on Fox Soul’s Cocktails with Queens streaming show.

The Fox Soul co-host had a shocked look on her face for almost two minutes before her fellow co-hosts had to pivot and speak to Da Brat about fun moments with her sister growing up.
But LisaRaye was upset that Da Brat came on the show because she said her sister didn’t reach out to her privately to talk.
“I just want to know that you’re happy. And I just did not want to just hear it from the blogs and from the interviews of people asking me questions and I didn’t know what to say, because I didn’t hear it from you and I got to see it some place else,” the actress said.
The Holiday Heartbreak lead was referring to her sister coming out and being in a relationship with entrepreneur Jesseca Dupart, which Da Brat posted about on social media, before she told her sister about her new love interest.
LisaRaye later reminded Da Brat on Fox Soul that she hadn’t heard from her for some time.
“I appreciate you coming out and verbally saying ‘Happy Birthday’ to me this kind of way because I damn sure ain’t heard from you in months,” the actress said.
LisaRaye then lashed out at her co-hosts Claudia Jordan, Vivica A. Fox and Syleena Johnson for trying to smooth things over with Da Brat and play peacemakers. “I don’t give a f–k what y’all saying. At all. Y’all don’t know sh-t. At all. She do. You do. You do,” she said as the group sat in stunned silence for a couple of seconds.

Meantime, last week LisaRaye addressed her feud with Da Brat on OWN’s Iyanla: Fix My Life.
Appearing on the self-help series for a second time, LisaRaye said she was hoping to make a breakthrough and improve her relationships with her relatives.
When host Iyanla Vanzant asked the actress what caused the “public breakdown” with Da Brat, LisaRaye said “my feelings were hurt.”
Vanzant then reminded the actress and entrepreneur that she has problems with her mother, her daughter and her sister. “If all of your close relationships got issues, it’s you boo,” Vanzant said. “The universe is trying to tell you something and you have to have the courage to see it.”
The episode ended with LisaRaye saying “I am so ready” to change.
