Earlier this month, Jones announced she’ll headline a comedy special for Netflix. The special will be filmed in Washington, D.C., and launch globally in 2020.

Jones has been a cast member on SNL since 2014. She joined the show as a writer before becoming a series regular.

The comedian recently said SNL creator Lorne Michaels helped her become a better performer.

“Yes it’s true I am leaving Saturday Night Live. I cannot thank NBC, the producers, writers, and amazing crew enough for making SNL my second home these last five years,” she posted on Twitter. “Lorne Michaels, you’ve changed my life in so many ways! Thank you for being my mentor and confidant…”

SNL will return for a 45th season on September 28.
