Lee Daniels is moving forward with his plans to make Hollywood’s first gay superhero film.

The Oscar-nominated director announced on Instagram this week that he’s found his superhero, viral sensation SuperB-tch, whose real name is Dremon Cooper.

“Do ya’ll remember maybe 10, 12 years ago I said my dream was to make a gay superhero film?” Daniels asked in a video on Instagram. “Dreams do come true. And I found my superhero. America, world, get ready.”

The Empire co-creator captioned the clip: “10 years ago folks thought I was crazy when I said I wanted to make a gay superhero flick…. it’s not my next one… but it’s in the pipeline. #gaysuperhero.”

Cooper is best known for his viral videos that show him taking down criminals while doing back flips in pink stiletto boots.

As he stood next to Daniels in the video, he commented: “It’s about to happen. SuperBi-ch is here with the Lee Daniels.”

Cooper grew up in Washington, D.C., and attended the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

The 19-year-old performer recently told Out magazine he wanted to use his artistic talents and athletic skills to make cool videos.

“I have always been athletic,” he said. “Growing up, I used to love Spider-Man and Catwoman. So I just began to emulate them by climbing up the walls and doing flips. And no, I don’t have any formal training.”
