Kevin Hart is reteaming with Ride Along director Tim Story for the upcoming Netflix comedy 72 Hours.
The film follows a 40-year-old executive (Hart), who hatches a plan to save his struggling career by joining several twentysomethings for a wild three-day bachelor party in Miami. The exec met the young men after they inadvertently added him to a group text.
Hart is joined in the cast by Saturday Night Live comics Marcello Hernández, Kam Patterson, and Ben Marshall.
Mason Gooding (Scream 7), Zach Cherry (Severance), Teyana Taylor (One Battle After Another), and Andy Garcia (Ocean’s Eleven) also have roles in the film.
In addition to directing, Tim Story is a producer alongside Hart, John Davis, Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, Josh Heald, Luke Kelly-Clyne, Bryan Smiley, and Will Packer.
72 Hours is scheduled to premiere July 24 on Netflix.
The film is part of the streaming giant’s summer 2026 movie slate, which also includes the sci-fi thriller, The Last House, starring Greta Lee and Wagner Moura.
