Iyanla Vanzant said goodbye to her self help series Iyanla: Fix My Life with a two-hour farewell special Saturday night on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
In a preview video, the spiritual life coach and relationship expert revisited past episodes, including a confrontation she had with Love & Hip Hop: Miami star Shay Johnson.
“You came to the process,” Vanzant told Johnson after the reality TV personality walks out of the therapy sessions, “and I’m leaving the process,” Johnson fired back.

Despite all the highs and lows, Vanzant admitted in the video, “It’s so hard to say goodbye.”
As previously reported, the two-hour finale featured Vanzant taking viewers “on a journey of self-discovery, enlightening her audience with what she learned about herself and life while filming the series.”
The final new episode of the series aired last weekend after 8 Seasons.

Since Fix My Life premiered in 2012, Vanzant has helped families and individuals deal with trauma, fractured relationships, and life crises. The show has also featured several celebrities, including late rapper DMX, who had an emotional reunion with his son Xavier.
Other celebrities seeking help included R&B singer Syleena Johnson; Grammy-winning gospel artist Le’Andria Johnson; actress and entrepreneur LisaRaye McCoy and reality TV personalities Dutchess from Black Ink Crew, Minyon of Bridezillas, and Althea of Love & Hip Hop who appeared together on a contentious episode titled “Reality Rehab.”
The show came full circle Saturday when the Iyanla: Fix My Life Farewell Special aired at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.
