After three years of waiting, fans will soon be able to see the third season of FX’s Atlanta.

The first teaser trailer dropped Sunday, Oct. 31, on the cryptic website Gilga.com. The minute-long video shows Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry) from the series, along with images of a rain-soaked street, deserted museums, and an empty theater before the song “It’s After the End of the World” by Sun Ra begins playing.

The camera zoom in on Paper Boi as the haunting lyrics “It’s after the end of the world, don’t you know that yet?” play. The lyrics keep repeating as he blankly stares while sitting at the head of a table.

Glover also shared the spooky teaser on his Twitter profile. The series creator simply captioned the post: “Happy Halloween” with the link to the site.

However, when fans try to access Gilga before 8 p.m. local time, the website says “Gilga is a ‘nite-site’. Operational hours are 8PM-3AM,” and no teaser video is shown.  It also gives the exact time and location where the user is logging in from.

Some social media users were taken aback that the actor and comedian could tell where they are located.

@AlexDaFlowerBoy tweeted: “How does this know my location and the time Mr.Glover?”

Other Twitter users were a little confused about what the website meant.

@DavidUtd_ tweeted: “We can’t see it Donald.”

While others were excited the teaser meant the show was coming back.

@DatBoiReezy__ tweeted: “Atlanta coming back in 2022. Let’s GOOOOOOO!!!!”

Twitter user @lozzawayne got around the cryptic website and uploaded the teaser for other users to enjoy.

Atlanta is set to return in 2022. Watch the video below:

The series is executive produced by Glover, Paul Simms, Hiro Murai, Dianne McGunigle, and Stephen Glover.

The news of the return of Atlanta was first delivered in 2018.
