Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused during testimony on Monday of physically attacking ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura for not responding quickly enough when he told her to “come here.”
Male escort Daniel Phillip made the accusation on May 12, in Manhattan federal court during the music mogul’s sex trafficking trial, according to ABC News.
Phillip took the stand after a jury of 12 and six alternates was finally seated, and the prosecution and defense gave their opening statements.

The escort testified that he had several alleged sexual encounters with the then-couple in New York City. He said Combs would direct the encounters and paid between $700 and $6,000 for each meeting.
Phillip, 41, said he would perform with Cassie while Combs watched and pleasured himself. The escort said the mogul insisted on large amounts of baby oil during the encounters and would say: “You need to rub more baby oil on each other. You don’t have enough on.”
One time, Phillip said Ventura was on her computer after an encounter when Combs yelled from a bedroom, “Babe come here.”
Ventura responded, “Hold on one second,” which according to Phillip, angered the music mogul.
“Mr. Combs walked over to Cassie, grabbed her by the hair and started dragging her to the bedroom,” Phillip testified. “He wasn’t saying anything while he was dragging her. She was yelling. She was screaming. Mr. Combs pulled her into the bedroom and what I could hear sounded like him slapping her.”
Phillip said he overheard Combs allegedly saying, “B—h, when I tell you to come here, you come now not later.”
He testified the violence left him shaken. “It came out of nowhere. I was terrified. I didn’t know what to do,” he stated.
Prosecutor Maureen Comey asked why he didn’t do anything to stop Combs.
“My thoughts were that this was someone with unlimited power and chances are that even if I did go to the police that I might still end up losing my life,” Phillip said.
Combs’ family was in court on Monday. His teenage daughters left the courtroom during the most graphic testimony.
At one point, prosecutors alleged Combs told a male sex worker to urinate in Ventura’s mouth during a “freak off” sex session, which were also called “wild king nights.”
In her opening statement, defense attorney Teny Geragos countered that Ventura was “not coerced to engage in this sex life,” and said the R&B singer and actress chose to stay with Combs.
Prosecutors said Diddy ran a criminal enterprise and sent his network of employees after Ventura whenever she tried to escape the alleged abuse.
