A new witness has testified before a grand jury in the Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficking case.
TMZ published an interview with Courtney Burgess and his attorney Ariel Mitchell outside federal court in Manhattan on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Burgess, who is a music producer and claims he’s a former associate of Diddy, said he was ordered by agents with the Department of Homeland Security to appear in court.
He told reporters outside the courthouse that he obtained video evidence to support sexual abuse allegations against Combs.

His attorney Ariel Mitchell added, “We have a hearing now to determine what documents we’ll turn over.”
The attorney said Burgess was subpoenaed, but didn’t respond, prompting U.S. Marshals to visit his home and “bring him” to court.
Burgess said he landed on the radar of federal agents after doing explosive podcast interviews, claiming he was given 11 flash drives by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, before her death in 2018.
During the interviews, Burgess leaked the names of A-listers he alleged were in the videos.
On Thursday after he appeared before the grand jury, Burgess and his attorney sat down for an interview with NewsNation host Ashleigh Banfield.
Burgess said Porter passed along the flash drives for safe keeping. He alleged eight celebrities — six males and two females — are seen in videos at Diddy “freak-off” parties, and “all” of the celebs were “victims.”
“Two to three, possibly three” appeared to be minors, Burgess added.
In addition to the purported videos, Burgess said the flash drives contained an alleged manuscript from Kim Porter, which was turned into a memoir.
“The manuscript that Mr. Burgess received was already in its complete form,” Mitchell added. “It’s not that he edited it or changed it.”
The two said Porter’s alleged memoir released earlier this year was “edited.”
On Sept. 19, the Daily Mail published excerpts from the book titled KIM’S LOST WORDS: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side. The book was
published by record producer Chris Todd and later removed from Amazon after Porter’s children denounced it.
“Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue,” Porter’s children said in a joint statement.
Burgess disputed the statement.
“A lot of stuff their mother did, they didn’t know,” he told Banfield.
Mitchell added that she and Burgess have worked out a contract and plan to release the “actual unedited version” on Amazon.
Since November 2023, Diddy has been hit with dozens of lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.
The mogul has denied all of the allegations through his attorneys.
Combs was arrested on Sept. 16 in New York City on federal trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He is currently jailed in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial.
A federal judge set a May 5, 2025 trial date for the mogul.
