Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with seven new sexual abuse lawsuits, including one from an accuser who says she was 13 years old when she was allegedly raped by the music mogul and a male celebrity.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, whose Buzbee Law Firm represents the accusers, announced the filings Sunday, Oct. 20 on his Facebook page.
“The cases are being brought for conduct that occurred as far back as the year 2000, but most of the events described occurred in the year 2022,” Buzbee wrote.
According to CNN, which obtained copies of this latest batch of civil lawsuits, the accusers allege sexual assault, sexual harassment, battery, and false imprisonment by Combs and his associates at parties the mogul hosted in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

The new allegations come from four males and three females, who filed the complaints anonymously.
One accuser, who was 13 years old at the time of the alleged abuse in 2000, says she was invited by a limo driver to attend an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty hosted by Combs in New York City.
After consuming a drug-laced beverage, the complaint says the teen started to feel drowsy, and looked for a place to lie down.
A short time later, Diddy allegedly entered the bedroom where the girl was resting and said, “You are ready to party!”
An unnamed male celebrity and an unnamed female celebrity came into the room as well.
According to the complaint, the male celebrity then raped the teen, while Diddy and the female celebrity watched. The suit alleges Diddy followed by raping the girl as the other two celebrities watched.
The accuser is seeking damages and attorney fees, the lawsuit says.
Of this latest wave of complaints, five were filed in federal court in New York and two in New York Superior Court on Monday.
Asked to comment on the lawsuits, Diddy’s reps referred to a previous statement saying, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
In another new development, Diddy’s lawyers filed a motion requesting a gag order against the accusers and their attorneys.
The mogul’s legal team argues that the order is needed to stop “extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Combs’s right to a fair trial.”
As previously reported, earlier this month Buzbee held a news conference saying he was preparing civil lawsuits from 120 accusers, including 25 minors.
The attorney filed six lawsuits against the mogul last week.
Attorneys Gloria Allred and Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who are also representing Diddy accusers, have been vocal in the media about lawsuits they’ve filed against the mogul.
Mitchell-Kidd is representing a woman who alleges she was doused with drug-laced oil and gang raped by Diddy and his associates at an apartment in Northern California. Allred represents a woman who alleges she was brutally assaulted at Bad Boy studios in New York.
Combs, 54, was arrested on Sept. 16 in New York City on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The Bad Boy Records founder is currently jailed in Brooklyn. He was previously denied bail twice and has filed an appeal. Although prosecutors have demanded he remain locked up, alleging the mogul poses a threat to the public.
A federal judge set a May 5, 2025 trial date for Combs.
