Two more accusers have come forward alleging they were sexually assaulted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In one case, an Oklahoma woman named LaTroya Grayson filed a lawsuit against the music mogul on Friday, Dec. 20, claiming she was raped in 2006.

According to the complaint obtained by TMZ, Grayson’s sibling won a contest through local radio station KJAMZ. The winner received a trip for two to New York City to attend a Diddy “White Party.”

The suit says Grayson and her sibling were flown from Tulsa to New York City and checked into a hotel covered by Atlantic Records. Grayson included photos of the party invite, her Delta Airlines ticket, and a hotel bill with her lawsuit.

Once they arrived, Grayson says the party was rebranded as a “Black Party.”

The accuser claims she “began to feel sick” after consuming two drinks at the event. She passed out and later woke up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center with no memory of how she got there.

She claims her clothing was ripped, her underwear was missing, and the money she traveled with was stolen. According to the complaint, Grayson believes she was drugged and assaulted, although she had no recollection of who attacked her.

Once Grayson returned home, the complaint claims she received a phone call from an anonymous female who told her she would be “wasting her time” if she pursued action against Diddy because he’s a powerful celebrity.

Grayson is represented by attorney Ariel Mitchell, who filed a disturbing complaint in October on behalf of a woman alleging she was doused with drug-laced oil by the mogul and gang raped.

Diddy’s lawyers responded to Grayson’s lawsuit by calling her allegations “pure fiction.”

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these,” the mogul’s legal team said in a statement.

Also on Friday, TMZ reported attorney Tony Buzbee filed a complaint on behalf of an anonymous “Jane Doe” accuser, who alleges Combs raped her in New York City in December 1991.

The woman claims she and a friend attended a charity basketball event at the City College of New York, which was co-sponsored by Combs.

According to Doe, she and her friend were invited to the event by an unnamed rapper who was scheduled to appear at the gathering. [Heavy D. and Diddy — then known as Puff Daddy — were the headliners of the oversold Dec. 28, 1991 charity basketball event, where a stampede left nine people dead.]

Per the lawsuit, when Doe and her friend arrived, a large crowd outside was getting unruly. The pair felt uncomfortable, so they convinced a security guard to let them into the gymnasium early.

Doe claims they were led into an area where Combs was waiting. The music producer allegedly said he would help them find the other rapper.

At some point, Doe and her friend were separated. The lawsuit claims Combs gave Doe a plastic cup that he said contained Coca-Cola. The woman says she took a sip and started to feel woozy.

When she tried to leave, she claims Combs blocked her path. The suit goes on to allege he pushed Doe down, tore off her underwear and assaulted her. Afterwards, she alleges Combs warned her not to tell anyone because “people can come up missing.”

Combs’ lawyers denied the woman’s allegations.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” the attorneys said in a statement.

Diddy was arrested Sept. 16 in New York City on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
