Friends and family said goodbye to late Wild ‘N Out star Jacky Oh this weekend in Atlanta.

During the celebration of life service on Saturday (June 10), Jacky was remembered as a devoted mom to her three young children with her partner, actor and comedian DC Young Fly.

The service took place at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church. Among those speaking was fellow Wild ‘N Out performer DC Young Fly, who delivered a powerful message about family and faith.

While he admitted he struggled to “get the words together,” the comic said he turned to the book of Genesis in the Bible for inspiration.

“If you’re a firm believer, then you know that if God’s got his hands on you, then you know we’re going to be straight,” he said at the service, which streamed live on the church’s Facebook page.

The YouTube star urged attendees to press on when faced with challenges.

“Sometimes life hits you with a curveball,” he said. “You’ve got to stick it through, no matter what you’re going through in life, because somebody is always going through something worse than you.”

He told mourners to remember Jacky for everything she accomplished in life, particularly being a good mom.

“She made sure our kids was loving each other and praying, I’m talking about at a young age,” he explained.

DC Young Fly then asked attendees to pray for him and his children.

“What this entire family needs is prayer. Pray for us, send good energy our way. This ain’t hard, but it sure ain’t easy,” he explained.

Jacky, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, died in Miami on May 31.

Her cause of death has not yet been released, but multiple media outlets reported that she visited a Miami-based plastic surgeon for a “mommy makeover” right before she died.

According to the police report obtained by Urban Hollywood 411, she was found unresponsive at a Miami hotel, and transported to Mercy Hospital. However, the medical staff was unable to resuscitate her.

While her age had previously been reported as 32, the police report said she was 33 years old.
