But the Instagram account @surgeonmade_curves, which was among the first outlets to report Smith’s death, said she had been undergoing a plastic surgery procedure known as a “mommy makeover.” According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons’ website, the procedure typically includes “some form of breast surgery and a tummy tuck.”
Smith frequently posted pictures and videos of her children, Nova, Nala and Prince on Instagram.
Her most recent post was on May 19, when she shared an adorable home video. The footage showed an infant and two toddlers napping and included the caption: “When u get all ur kids to sleep at once.”
For Mother’s Day, she posted a picture of her three children sitting in her lap.
