BlameItOnKway Joins Tyler Perry’s ‘Madea’s Farewell Play Tour’

Internet sensation Kwaylon Rogers, popularly known as BlameItOnKway, is about to take the stage by storm.

The actor and comedian known for viral Instagram videos featuring his alter-ego TiTi, has been added to Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Farewell Play Tour.

Rogers made the announcement Sunday on Instagram, in a message that was reposted by Perry.

“So hard keeping this news away from y’all! Starting JANUARY 18th for 5 whole epic months! I’ll be traveling the world with @tylerperry on his last play tour!” Rogers wrote. “Never in a million years would I EVER imagine working alongside a legend like him. What a way to end an epic year!!”

The tour will also star Perry, Tamela Mann, David Mann, and Cassi Davis Patton, according to tylerperry.com.

Perry posted video of a scene from the play Sunday on Instagram, promising it will be “hilarious.”

The media mogul revealed in October that he would be putting his Madea character to rest in 2019, with the upcoming film A Madea Family Funeral  and the final stage play.

The tour will kick off in Oakland, Calif. on Jan. 18, with stops from coast-to-coast in cities including Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Baltimore, New York, Pittsburgh and Spartanburg, South Carolina.
