Beyoncé is planning to drop a Renaissance World Tour concert movie in theaters later this year.
According to multiple published reports, the “Break My Soul” singer is in talks to distribute the film through AMC Theatres.
Variety first reported Saturday that the movie is expected to be released nationwide on Dec. 1.

Talent agency CAA began negotiating with movie studios and streamers two weeks ago, according to the report.
CAA and AMC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Beyoncé is expected to announce details on the film during the final stop of her tour on Sunday night in Kansas City, Missouri.
The Grammy-winning singer kicked off the Renaissance World Tour at the Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden, in May.
News of her tour movie comes after Taylor Swift announced she would be bringing a film version of her Eras Tour to theaters later this month.
Swift shared the news with fans in an Aug. 31 Instagram post.
“The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon,” the post said.
AMC is also distributing Swift’s film, which arrives in North American theaters on Oct. 13.
AMC reported the movie shattered the record for first-day ticket sales at the theater chain after ringing up more than $26 million in pre-release sales in the first 24 hours. The previous record of $16.9 million was set by Spider-Man No Way Home in 2021.
