Ayesha Curry says being a basketball wife isn’t easy.

The chef, cookbook author, mom and wife sat down with Jada Pinkett Smith for an upcoming episode of Red Table Talk.

The mother-of-three, who is married to Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, said women frequently try to flirt with her husband.

“Stephen is very nice by nature and he’s very talkative,” she explained in a preview clip. “Everything is always very friendly and sometimes to the point where I’m like, I’m a grown woman, so I’ll just insert myself. I’ll be like, ‘Hello. How are you doing?’”

Curry was joined at the red table by her husband’s mother, Sonya Curry, and other members of his family. She talked about staying confident, dealing with anxiety and handling aggressive female fans.

“I’m OK with it now and obviously, you know the devil is a liar,” she said. “The ladies will always be lurking, hoping for their moment and waiting – you need to be aware of that – but for me, I honestly hate it.”

Red Table Talk is hosted by Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow Smith and mom Adrienne Banfield-Norris. As Urban Hollywood 411 previously reported, the Facebook Watch series was renewed for a second season in March.

Red Table Talk returns on Monday, May 6.
