Amber Rose says the reason Kanye West’s romantic partners wear next to nothing in public — the rapper demands it.
Rose, who dated West from 2008 to 2010, made the comment on a March 5 interview on “Club Shay Shay.”
During the conversation, host Shannon Sharpe noted that West’s wife Bianca Censori continues to raise eyebrows for showing skin in public.
“He wants other men to want to f–k his women,” Rose said about the music mogul, who now goes by Ye.

Rose, now 41, said the “Power” rapper once pushed her to wear a revealing dress even after she broke down in tears.
“I was in like Italy or Paris or something and I remember crying and arguing with him and being like, ‘I don’t f–king want to wear this s–t, I don’t wanna wear it,’” she told Sharpe.
The model and reality TV personality recalled she gave in after West said, “You don’t understand, it’s fashion, I’m a genius.”
Although she admitted the reaction online was brutal. “They ate me up on the internet,” she said.
When Sharpe asked Rose why she allowed herself to be manipulated, she responded, “Well, I was young. I’m gonna tell Kanye no when I’m that young? Like you’re buying me all this nice stuff, I do look pretty and cool.”
Still, when West wasn’t around, she said she wore “his clothes.”
“I have baggy jeans on, T-shirt, big a– jacket,” she said, adding that she was glad not to be “dressing like a wh–e.”
Rose told Sharpe she thinks West is now hand-picking his wife’s clothes. “Kanye is for sure dressing her like that. He did the same thing to me and Kim [Kardashian],” she explained.
West, 47, and Censori, 30, faced fierce backlash for a naked stunt on the red carpet last month at the 2025 Grammys.
“That’s what he’s into,” said Rose. “He likes that men are drooling over his women.”
