AllBlk has announced a scary new series about witches, death and resurrection called Wicked City.

The six-episode drama centers on a group of urban witches who push their powers to new heights and uncover dark secrets, attracting dangerous enemies, according to the streaming platform.

The series centers on “four young, chic, modern-day witches” named Jordan (Shaquita Smith), Mona (Mercedez McDowell), Angela (Chantal Maurice), and Sherise (Chanel Mack).

They belong to Charmed City, a coven led by Tabitha (Vanessa Bell Calloway).

They meet Camille (Taylor Polidore), a naturally powerful witch who is oblivious to her gift. “Things take a menacing turn resulting in an accidental death and leading to the witches performing a forbidden resurrection spell,” according to the official description.

The cast also includes Rhonda Morman, Malika Blessing, Columbus Short, and Rolonda Rochelle.

The series comes from MegaMind Media and is produced by Tressa “Azarel” Smallwood and Donte Lee. Kevin Key and Melissa LLewellyn-Alston serve as producers, with Dale Lewis directing for Relentless Studio.

Wicked City begins streaming Dec. 1 on the platform. You can watch the trailer for the series here.
