Former President Barack Obama will be joined by some of the biggest names in music for the grand opening of the Obama Presidential Center Museum in Chicago.
The center opens its doors on Thursday, June 18, and the ceremony will stream live online. President Obama, former first lady Michelle Obama, and the Obama Foundation unveiled the A-list roster of performers in an announcement this week on social media.
The list includes Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, Marc Anthony, Bruce Springsteen, The Roots, Common, Christina Aguilera, and more.
“We are bringing together some of today’s most prominent voices and global icons for the Obama Presidential Center Grand Opening Ceremony,” the foundation said in a statement.

The presidential center is located in historic Jackson Park on Chicago’s South Side, and offers a glimpse at the life and legacy of the nation’s 44th president.
The campus includes a towering museum building and sits on 19.3 acres of land. Inside are key artifacts from Obama’s presidency.
The dedication ceremony takes place on Thursday, June 18, and will stream live at 11 a.m. CT/12 p.m. ET on the center’s website.
The Obama Presidential Center Museum opens to the public on Juneteenth, June 19, and tickets are sold out. Below is the list of performers and special guests who will be taking the stage at Thursday’s grand opening.
