Tia Mowry will reveal details about her life, personal relationships and dating journey on a new WE tv reality series.
The actress and mom-of-two announced details about the show earlier this week on Instagram.
“The secret is out! I’m thrilled to share the news about my new reality show Tia Mowry: My Next Chapter coming out soon on WE tv and ALLBLK,” she wrote in her post.

After her divorce in 2023 from fellow actor Cory Hardrict, Mowry said the unscripted series will follow her “taking my power back.”
“An intention I set this year is to embrace ALL that I’m experiencing, so I’m removing the filter like never before,” she explained. “Recently divorced, for the first time in my life, I am truly experiencing what life is like on my own both personally and professionally.”
She continued, “I’m ready to date, take my multiple businesses to the next level, and discover what makes me happy. With this exciting new chapter comes profound changes and adjustments to the roles I play in my everyday life and my next act.”
In a press release, WE tv and ALLBLK head of content, Brett Dismuke, said the series will be “unapologetic.”
“It’s been a joy watching Tia’s career progress since staring on beloved series Sister, Sister, to culture classic The Game and films such as Baggage Claim, proving she is the epitome of a true force within the industry,” said Dismuke. “We are thrilled Tia trusted WE tv to share her unfiltered journey, giving viewers deeply personal and unapologetic access as she enters her next chapter.”
Dismuke called the show Tia Mowry: My Next Act instead of “My Next Chapter.”
The series is executive produced by Tia Mowry, Adam Griffin and Erin Richards.
Additional executive producers include Dionne Harmon, Madison Merritt, Elaine Metaxas and Jesse Collins, with Tahira Francis and Rodney Holland.
A premiere date will be announced later.
