‘The Good Fight’ Season 6 Trailer: Andre Braugher Warns ‘Reddick Is Over’

Andre Braugher is in the building on The Good Fight and he warns get on board with his  new “brand” or get out.

Paramount+ released the trailer on Wednesday for the sixth and final season of the legal drama. The video opens with Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) having a “weird feeling” as the world falls apart around her, with the overturning of Roe v. Wade and Cold War aggressions returning.

“I used to believe in progress, that we learned from our mistakes,” she tells her therapist played by Mad Men alum John Slattery. “Now I feel like I’m back where I was six years ago, that no matter what we do, we just end up back at the start.”

Emmy winner Andre Braugher joins the cast as showman attorney Ri’Chard Lane, who is forced on Liz Reddick (Audra McDonald) as a newly named partner at Reddick & Associates.

Braugher brings prayer to the firm and says he plans to “kick ass” in the name of God.

“Reddick is over. I am a brand,” he declares.

Not everyone is a believer, but he warns Liz that the other lawyers at the firm can adapt to his over-the-top style or face unemployment.

The cast includes Sarah Steele, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi, and Charmaine Bingwa. Alan Cumming and Carrie Preston guest star.

Robert and Michelle King serve as showrunners and executive producers of the series, which they co-created with Phil Alden Robinson. Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, Liz Glotzer, William Finkelstein, Jonathan Tolins, Jacquelyn Reingold, Nelson McCormick and Christine Baranski are also executive producers. The series is produced by CBS Studios in association with Scott Free Productions and King Size Productions.

Season 6 of The Good Fight premieres Thursday, Sept. 8 on Paramount+ .
