Tamar Braxton has suffered a string of losses and feels alone, she said on the premiere of her new docuseries Thursday.

In the first episode of WE tv’s Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!, the reality star revealed the extent of her despair.

“I lost everything,” she said. “I lost my identity. I lost my home, my career. I lost everything that was positive in my life.”

The series was filmed before the Grammy-nominated singer was found unresponsive in July and hospitalized after a reported suicide attempt.

On the episode of Get Ya Life!, Braxton said she had no one to turn to.

“I felt like everyone was against me. I had my family speaking out about things that wasn’t necessarily the whole truth. I lost my mind. I didn’t want to leave my house. I was paranoid. I didn’t know who to trust. The only thing I had was my health and my strength and my kid,” she said.

The series follows Braxton as she embarks on an “epic journey to turn her life around.” In the show open, she explained why she needed a reset.

“This is just about Tamar solely without an agent, without a manager,” she said. “I don’t have a record label. I don’t have a husband.”

Her ex-husband, music producer Vincent Herbert, is shown and says: “I think Tamar is going through a mid-life crisis.”

Also appearing on the show is Braxton’s boyfriend, David Adefeso, who earlier this week filed a restraining order against her in Los Angeles, and claimed she attacked him.

Despite her personal struggles, Braxton says: “I’m determined not to give up on myself.”

Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! airs Thursday nights on WE tv.
