Music producer Lil Rod names the City Girls rapper in an update to his February lawsuit.
“Mr. Combs is innocent,” the music mogul’s lawyer said in a statement.

“Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible,” Douglas Wigdor told Urban Hollywood 411.
The raids are said to be tied to a “sex trafficking investigation.”
The accuser alleges she was assaulted when she was a teenager.
