Sterling K. Brown and John David Washington scored big Wednesday, when the Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations were announced.
Brown led all actors with three nods, according to a tally sheet posted by the SAG Awards.
On the TV side, he picked up nominations in the male actor in a drama series and ensemble in a drama series categories for his role as Randall Pearson on NBC’s This Is Us. He also received a best motion picture cast nomination for Black Panther.

Washington received a male actor in a leading role nomination for playing police detective Ron Stallworth in BlacKkKlansman, as well as a motion picture cast nomination for the Spike Lee drama.
On the female actor side, Alex Borstein, Alison Brie, Emma Stone, Emily Blunt, Lady Gaga, Rachel Brosnahan, Julia Garner, Laura Linney and Elisabeth Moss all received two nominations each.
But Regina King, who just picked up Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award nominations for her role in If Beale Street Could Talk, was shut out of the SAG nominations.
The SAG Award winners will be announced on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, with Will & Grace star Megan Mullally serving as host. Below is the full list of nominees.
