Apollo Nida is back behind bars, just days after he was released from federal prison.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was picked up from a halfway house in Philadelphia for violating terms of his parole, the US Marshals Service told Page Six Thursday.

“He was taken back into custody. I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. It was an order of the court to bring him into custody,” a representative from the marshals service said, adding that Nida violated a technical condition of his release.

The rep didn’t say what exactly happened, but some media outlets reported that Nida he may have had intimate contact with someone, possibly his fiancée.
