The Real Housewives of Miami season 6 midseason trailer dropped Wednesday, and shows the return of Ana Quincoces, the cast dealing with relationship drama, and Guerdy Abraira’s health journey as she undergoes cancer treatment.
The teaser starts with the women exploring Mexico City together before they encounter half-dressed men in rabbit masks while they sip cocktails.
“Por Dios, no puedo (I can’t, Oh my God, I can’t),” Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton say after the men are shown.
Back in Miami, the women head to “Swim Week” as they practice the catwalk and open new bank accounts for their kids. And there’s an Emilio Estefan cameo.

Guerdy tells her husband Russell she doesn’t want to get surgery while he encourages her to get it done.
“I’m just over it, I’m not doing surgery,” she tells him. “You have to do it,” Russell says.
Drama creeps up elsewhere as Ana has a spat with Marysol, and says her daughter refers to her as “the rotten corpse.”
Later, Larsa Pippen and Adriana de Moura have an explosive fight with Adriana telling Larsa, “You were in L.A. for 10 years kissing the Kardashians’ a–, so shut up.”
The cast also includes Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Nicole Martin, and Kiki Barth.

The Real Housewives of Miami continues Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo with the episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
