It’s the end of an era in the Power Book franchise, with the last episode of Power Book II: Ghost set to air on Oct. 4.

In the series finale, as per the press release, Tariq St. Patrick (Michael Rainey) is in an eerily similar situation to the one his late father Ghost was in — leave the drug game or take over.

The second part of the fourth and final season of the series began airing on Sept. 6. The first part of the fourth season aired this past summer.

The episodes saw Detective Carter (Michael Ealy) entrap the Tejada family, while Monet Tejada (Mary J. Blige) tried to fight to make her family whole again.

Meanwhile, ruthless drug lord Noma Asaju (Caroline Chikezie) had to think twice about her actions after her daughter Anya (Sydney Winbush) came too close to her mother’s violent world.
