OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network is teaming up with Ozy Media Co-Founder Carlos Watson for an issue-oriented series titled OWN Spotlight: Black Women OWN the Conversation, the cable network announced Tuesday.

The four-part series is set to premiere this summer on OWN and will be hosted by Watson, an Emmy-winning journalist who previously served as a host on MSNBC and on-air contributor at CNN, Fox News and Court TV.

OWN describes the episodes as “intimate conversations about important issues with honest opinions and surprising solutions that put people first.” Each one-hour installment will focus on topics such as relationships, motherhood, beauty, mind, body and soul, and will include a panel of celebrity guests and 100 Black women.

“This special presentation from OWN and OZY tackles issues and concerns relevant to Black women today with candid and in-depth discussions that create real dialogue and change,” Tina Perry, president of OWN, said in a statement.
