Attorney Michael Avenatti, who represented Stormy Daniels in her legal battle with President Donald Trump over their alleged encounter, is now going after R. Kelly.

Avenatti says he’s obtained a videotape from the 1990s that allegedly shows Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

The attorney, who is representing a man he describes as a whistleblower, told CNN he gave the VHS tape to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago last weekend. He also allowed CNN to view the footage.

In a report published on its website Thursday, CNN said the tape “lasts 42 minutes and 45 seconds, is clear and explicit.”

It contains two scenes, one in a living room and the other in a bedroom, and shows a naked man who appears to be R. Kelly “performing multiple sex acts with the girl,” CNN said.

The girl refers to the man on the tape as “daddy” several times. While it is impossible to tell the girl’s age on the tape, both she and the man refer to her “14-year-old p—-y” several times. At one point, the man asks the girl to urinate. After she complies, he urinates on her.

“My client knows the identity of the girl and R. Kelly. He identified the two of them on the videotape. He worked for and has known R. Kelly for decades and he met the girl on a number of occasions,” Avenatti told CNN.

The attorney said this is a different tape from the one that led to Kelly’s 2008 child pornography trial in which he was acquitted. He also posted a lengthy statement on Twitter Thursday describing how he obtained the tape, adding: “We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that this predator is brought to justice.”

Steve Greenberg, Kelly’s attorney, told CNN he was unaware of the contents on the tape.

“We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly,” Greenberg said. “We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement.”

A late-breaking report in The New Yorker said law enforcement sources confirmed they have the tape, adding that it could soon lead to an indictment of Kelly in Illinois.

The emergence of the tape comes just over a month after the Jan. 3 premiere of Surviving R. Kelly.

The six-part Lifetime docuseries addressed claims that the R&B singer had sex with numerous underage girls, and alleged that he had a history of picking up teenagers at a high school in Chicago and at shopping malls during his tour stops. It included interviews with former employees, musical collaborators and his ex-wife.
