Netflix dropped the trailer Monday for the rerelease of Chris Rock’s comedy special Tamborine.
The original version premiered in February 2018, and was Rock’s first stand-up special for the streaming giant. The updated version is titled Chris Rock Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut, and will feature new jokes, behind-the-scenes footage and interviews.
“For the first time in history, a remix version of a special,” Rock said in the trailer.

The new special is described as “searing observations on race, fatherhood, and politics,” according to a statement from Netflix.
Before Tamborine, the Saturday Night Live alum’s previous stand-up special was on HBO in 2008 with Chris Rock: Kill the Messenger. It won two Emmy awards, including Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music or Comedy Special.
Chris Rock Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut will begin streaming Jan. 12 on Netflix.
