Condolences have been pouring in across social media for Love & Marriage: Huntsville cast member KeKe Jabbar.
On Tuesday, July 2, YouTuber and blogger Marcella Speaks shared a statement from Jabbar’s family, saying she had died.
“It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved KeKe. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded in love,” the statement read. “She was a mom, a sister, a great friend full of life, love, and laughter. She will sorely be missed and at this time, we are asking for respect and privacy in our moment of grief while we process this great loss.”

A cause of death was not disclosed.
Jabbar, 42, was the cousin of LAMH cast member LaTisha “Tisha” Scott. On Tuesday afternoon, Scott posted a similar statement on Instagram about her cousin’s passing.
“At this time we are asking for RESPECT, and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss! This is hard for our Family!!!!!” Scott wrote.
The comments were turned off on the post. However, Jabbar trended on X (formerly Twitter) as friends and fans shared condolences.
Love & Marriage: D.C. cast member Jamie Tyler was among those remembering Jabbar.
“I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of #KeKeJabbar today. My heart goes out to Latisha and the entire family during this difficult time. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers and we send our deepest condolences,” Tyler posted.
“Keke Rest in Peace, this is so sad,” another person wrote on X.
“So young!! RIP,” someone else shared.
“Aww now this is soooo sad! RIP KeKe…this is truly heartbreaking,” another fan wrote.
Love & Marriage: Huntsville airs on OWN. Jabbar joined the reality show about a group of longtime friends and frenemies who live in the city of Huntsville, Alabama in 2023. The series comes from Carlos King’s Kingdom Reign Entertainment along with ITV America.
Neither King nor OWN responded to Urban Hollywood 411′s requests for comment on the passing of KeKe Jabbar.
