Kanye West has been accused of sexual assault and other alleged crimes by his former assistant, who claims the nightmare allegedly happened at disgraced rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recording studio.

West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta filed a civil lawsuit on Tuesday, Oct. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with West and Diddy, according to Page Six.

Pisciotta worked as an assistant for West, who now goes by Ye, between 2021 and 2022.

She alleges she was given a drink “laced with an unidentified drug,” according to an amended complaint obtained by Page Six.

Pisciotta says she felt “disoriented” and in “less control of her body and speech” after drinking the beverage.

In the complaint, she says West ordered the drink to be poured. Combs was named in the suit for “co-hosting” the studio session, but he was not accused of any wrongdoing.

The morning after the studio session, Pisciotta claims she felt ill and “immense shame,” but was still unclear of all the details. She allegedly would only learn about the event  “much later.”

She claims West eventually “confessed that they did kind of hook up a little one time,” referring to the alleged incident.

West’s spouse at the time, who has not been named in the suit, had allegedly been accusing him of having sexual relations with Pisciotta, which then prompted  him to “fess up to what allegedly occurred at the studio session.”

This is the second time this year that Pisciotta has sued her former employer. Back in June, she sued the Yeezy founder for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

At the time, West’s legal team told Page Six  that Pisciotta pursued the “Gold Digger” rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.” His attorneys also claimed that she tried to blackmail the rapper when he “rejected her advances.”

As for Diddy, the Bad Boy Records founder is dealing with his own legal troubles.

He was arrested on Sept. 16 at a hotel in New York City and later charged with three federal counts — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, but is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail.
