Eddie Murphy is set to receive a big honor next month at the Critics’ Choice Awards.

The Critics Choice Association announced Monday it will give Murphy a Lifetime Achievement honor at the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards.

The award follows the actor and comedian’s acclaimed performance as Rudy Ray Moore in Netflix’s Dolemite Is My Name, a role that earned him Best Actor nominations at both the Critics Choice Awards and the Golden Globes.
