Sean “Diddy” Combs is hoping a third try for bail will finally get him out of jail.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Sept. 30, the hip-hop mogul has filed a new appeal for bail after his two previous requests were denied.
Sources also told the outlet Diddy has added attorneys Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro to his legal team as he fights for bail and tries to avoid spending the rest of his life in federal prison.
For now, the mogul’s outspoken attorney Marc Agnifilo remains on the case.
Diddy, 54, was arrested at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16, and charged with three counts — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was remanded into custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after his request for bail was rejected, even after his lawyers said he would put up a $50 million bond.
The Bad Boy Records founder is also the subject of at least a dozen civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.
A woman listed as a Jane Doe filed the latest complaint on Friday, Sept. 27, in New York Supreme Court. The accuser alleged she was drugged and assaulted by Diddy multiple times between the fall of 2020 and the summer of 2024.
“At every visit, Defendant Combs would make her ‘perform a show’ for him and would ply her with alcohol and substances until she passed out,” the complaint said. “She would wake up with bruising and injuries but with no recollection of how she sustained her injuries. This continued until July of 2024.”
Diddy has maintained his innocence as the lawsuits have continued to pile up.
He also pleaded not guilty to the three counts in a 14-page federal indictment against him.
