Blueface escaped jail time for a shooting last year outside a Las Vegas strip club.
Local news station KTNV reported a judge on Monday sentenced the rapper to three years of probation after he pleaded guilty in July to shooting at a man outside Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club.
The shooting happened on Oct. 8, 2022, near Las Vegas Boulevard and Sunset Road.
A man identified as Kentabius Traylor flagged down police officers and said he was attacked by members of the rapper’s entourage after a verbal dispute at the club. Traylor said the suspects shot at his truck as he drove away.

Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, was arrested and later pleaded guilty to charges of battery and discharging a firearm at/into an occupied structure. The 26-year-old performer had been facing an attempted murder charge, but the charge was dismissed as part of his plea agreement.
The “Thotiana” rapper wore a blue hoodie and looked straight ahead during Monday’s sentencing hearing. He declined to say anything in court.
But Traylor spoke at the hearing and said the sentence was too light.
“I know people who get more time for stealing bubble gum,” he said in video carried by Law & Crime network. Traylor bizarrely snapped a selfie in court after he finished speaking.
Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen E. Delaney said she sympathized with Traylor, but she was following the law. Delaney then turned her attention to Blueface and told the rapper if he’s caught with weapons again, he’ll do serious time.
“If you get brought back here on any kind of probation violation, especially anything involving weapons, I will not hesitate to put you in prison for a significant period of time. You are playing with your liberty,” Delaney said.
According to the terms of Blueface’s probation, he can’t possess weapons, or contact the victim. He’ll also have to avoid the Las Vegas Strip and the city’s downtown area, unless it’s related to work.
As previously reported, Blueface was arrested a month after the shooting while standing outside a Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles restaurant in Las Vegas. Cell phone video posted by TMZ showed Blueface with then-girlfriend Chrisean Rock when officers in plain clothes surrounded him outside the restaurant, tackled him to the ground, and placed him in handcuffs.
His probation sentencing comes just a few months after he was charged with felony robbery. The charges in that case stem from an incident where a fan allegedly tried to film Chrisean Rock with a cellphone and police said Blueface snatched the phone from the woman’s hand.
