Blueface was stabbed and injured Wednesday while training inside a Los Angeles gym.
The incident happened in the Reseda neighborhood of the city as the rapper trained for an upcoming boxing match.
The hip-hop artist, real name Johnathan Porter, posted video of the altercation on his Instagram page.
He captioned the post: “I won’t be able to fight October 14th due to a injury, won’t have enough time to heal. Don’t say I ducked none, bro came with a dog an a knife at 10am.”

The footage showed a man wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, and sneakers approach Blueface. The man had a dog with him and the canine jumped at a punching bag as the man talked to Blueface.
The 26-year-old rapper was shown in the footage wearing a black training vest, beige shorts, blue sneakers, and boxing gloves.
Blueface and the man in the white shirt began to argue and a male trainer stepped in between the two.
As the argument escalated, the rapper-turned-amateur boxer punched the man several times in the face.
The trainer, identified as David Kaminsky, told TMZ Hip Hop the unidentified man rushed into the gym and said to Blueface, “I’m gonna kill you.”
The video showed the man pulled something out of his pants and walked toward the rapper. The footage ended before the alleged stabbing happened.
Blueface was reportedly stabbed in the leg and treated by paramedics. He posted a picture on his Instagram Story showing himself wearing a bloodied bandage.
Onlookers told TMZ the man with the knife fled in a black Tesla Model S with his Rottweiler.
An LAPD spokesman told the Los Angeles Times officers responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon in the 7000 block of Reseda Boulevard at 10:33 a.m. on Wednesday.
This incident comes just weeks after the “Thotiana” rapper was arrested in Las Vegas in June in connection with a robbery.
Las Vegas police officers took Blueface into custody while he was in the city for a court appearance in a separate case.
In the other case, the rapper faces charges of attempted murder and illegally firing a gun at an occupied vehicle outside a Las Vegas strip club on Oct. 8, 2022.
