It’s official, GMA3 has two new permanent hosts after ABC ousted T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach.

ABC News President Kim Godwin made the announcement Thursday, saying Eva Pilgrim and DeMarco Morgan will take over as co-anchors of the third hour of Good Morning America.

Chief health and medical correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton will continue her role on the show.

The new lineup comes after Robach and Holmes were pulled from GMA3 in December 2022, following reports that the two were involved in an intimate relationship despite both being married to other people.

They were sidelined to avoid “distractions” after becoming tabloid fixtures, and have since left the network.

Pilgrim joined ABC News in 2015 as a New York-based correspondent and has served as co-anchor of the weekend editions of GMA since 2018. Morgan joined ABC News in 2022, after previously working as a morning news co-anchor at KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.

The two have regularly filled in as hosts of GMA3 since Robach and Holmes were taken off the air.

ABC News correspondent Gio Benitez will join the GMA Saturday and Sunday broadcasts alongside current co-anchors Whit Johnson and Janai Norman. Benitez has been ABC News’ transportation correspondent since 2020.

“I am incredibly proud of the reporting Eva, DeMarco and Gio have brought to ABC News. They join their colleagues Whit, Janai and Dr. Jen whose steadfast commitment to bold, straightforward journalism has been integral to their respective programs’ success,” Godwin said in a statement. “I must also acknowledge the incredible work of the teams led by executive producers Simone Swink and Cat McKenzie whose programs are the ones most Americans turn to for the day’s news, analysis and more.”
