Ray J is stepping back into the ring despite a string of health problems and a brutal knockout during an MMA fight in May.
Zeus Network unveiled the lineup and rules on Wednesday for its upcoming celebrity boxing card.
The event will feature Ray J facing former Disney Channel star Orlando Brown. That same night, Baddies personalities Tesehki and Big Lex will settle their long-running feud in the ring.

The fights take place Saturday, Aug. 15, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
Ray J and Brown are set to battle for three 2-minute rounds. Neither celeb will wear protective headgear, according to the rules released by Zeus.
Ray J’s Recent Defeat
The fight marks Ray J’s return to the ring just three months after he was knocked out by YouTuber and comedian Supa Hot Fire at a celebrity MMA event in Las Vegas.
The singer, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., made it through the first round of the May 23 fight. But Supa Hot Fire threw a knock-out punch in the second round, causing Ray J to fall to the floor.
The referee immediately stopped the match and declared Supa Hot Fire the winner.
Afterwards, Ray J claimed the bout was supposed to be scripted, but his opponent failed to follow the plan.
Past Health Problems
The Love & Hip Hop star raised concerns about his health earlier this year when he was hospitalized with chest pains and pneumonia.
Ray J later claimed his heart was functioning at just 25 percent and suggested doctors had given him a grim prognosis, as Urban Hollywood 411 previously reported.
After brushing off questions about whether he should even be in the ring, the “One Wish” singer is now training with former four-division world champion Adrien Broner.
Brown, who rose to fame on the Disney Channel series That’s So Raven, hinted he’s ready for the fight at a June weigh in.
The Zeus card will be headlined by the showdown between Tesehki and Big Lex. Their feud began on the network’s Baddies reality franchise. Big Lex trained for the fight with heavyweight champion Claressa Shields.
“Big Lex is the underdog, and that’s exactly why I’m backing her in this fight and decided to train her,” Shields said in a statement issued through Zeus Network. “A lot of people don’t realize she’s a natural athlete and has a much bigger advantage than she’s getting credit for.”
Zeus Network founder and CEO Lemuel Plummer said the event will allow fans to see some of the platform’s biggest personalities take their rivalries to a new stage.
“At Zeus, we’ve built a platform around personalities and stories that people genuinely invest in, and now those rivalries get to play out on one of the biggest stages in sports,” Plummer said.
The celebrity boxing matches will open the evening before a DAZN championship broadcast headlined by Shields, who is set to take on WBC and WBA middleweight champion Kaye Scott.
The fights stream Saturday, Aug. 15 on Zeus Network.
