Ice Spice is laughing off a brawl she was involved in at a McDonald’s in Hollywood.

The rapper posted a clip of the fight to X on Friday evening, April 17, and included a humorous caption shading the burger chain.

“This wouldn’t happen at Wendy’s,” she wrote alongside a video of herself walking across tables to confront a fan.

Ice Spice knows a thing or two about Wendy’s. In an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show last year, the rapper revealed she used to work for the chain before becoming a chart-topping performer. She’s a long way from Wendy’s now, but it seems the viral brawl brought back memories.

TMZ broke the story about the fight on Friday afternoon after obtaining surveillance footage from inside the restaurant. The video showed a woman run up to Ice Spice, who was seated at a table with a friend.

The fan started talking to the “Munch (Feelin’ U)” rapper and tried to sit down, but Ice Spice gestured that she wanted to be left alone. Instead of walking away, the woman slapped the rapper and the two began to fight.

The timestamp on the surveillance video said the incident happened April 15 at 12:05 a.m. A man standing nearby pulled the fan away and escorted her outside. Ice Spice followed the woman by walking on top of tables.

There did not appear to be any employees in the footage during the brawl.

An attorney for Ice Spice, born Isis Gaston, said the rapper plans to take legal action against the attacker and possibly McDonald’s. Instead of asking “Where’s the beef” — as the old Wendy’s slogan went — attorney Bradford Cohen asked where was the security?

“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly,” Cohen told TMZ. “We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security.”

The woman who slapped Ice Spice told the outlet she thought the rapper was rude to her when she approached the table.
