The Weeknd’s ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ Gets Starz Streaming Premiere Date

Hurry Up Tomorrow is set to make its streaming debut in February on Starz.

Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye leads the cast in a fictionalized version of himself, portraying a musician with insomnia, whose life begins to unravel.

Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan round out the main cast.

The psychological thriller served as a companion to Tesfaye’s 2025 album by the same name.

The Grammy winner co-produced and co-wrote the script for the film with director Trey Edward Shults and Reza Fahim.

The Lionsgate film arrived in theaters across the U.S. on May 16, 2025, and debuted on VOD and digital platforms a month later.

Critics gave the film a low 14 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes, and the thriller only earned $7.7 million at the worldwide box office. Although it will likely find a bigger audience on streaming.

Hurry Up Tomorrow arrives on the Starz app Feb. 1. You can also buy or rent the film on Amazon.
