Toni, Towanda, Trina, Tamar and Ms. Evelyn Braxton are returning to reality TV with The Braxtons.
WE tv announced the series on Feb. 6, saying it will be “raw and unfiltered.”
The show comes nearly four years after the family’s hit program, Braxton Family Values, ended after a seven-season run on the network in December 2020.
The hour-long episodes of the new show will follow the family members spending time together, sharing details on their love lives, successes, heartbreak, and careers.

According to WE tv, Ms. Evelyn is determined to help her daughters heal together, turning pain into promise as they move forward in life.
Cameras will follow Toni Braxton launching her “Love and Laughter” Las Vegas residency with Cedric the Entertainer.
Towanda is balancing business and motherhood as she raises two teenagers, all while playing a major role in the life of her nephew, Kevin, who is navigating life without his mother, Traci Braxton, who died in March 2022.
Trina is working on her businesses and being a mother to her two sons.
Tamar is balancing her music with motherhood, and navigating how to juggle it all.
“It is not overstating things to say this is one of the most significant developments in the history of WE tv and a moment the fans have been waiting for since the final episode of Braxton Family Values aired on December 17, 2020,” Brett Dismuke, head of Content at WE tv and ALLBLK, said in statement.
“The Braxtons are one of the founding families of reality television and WE tv viewers were along for the ride through every moment of their original pioneering series, which spanned 148 unforgettable episodes,” Dismuke added.
Toni, Tamar, Trina, Towanda and Evelyn Braxton are all executive producers on the new show.
“Thank you all for sharing our lives. I hope that through each one of our experiences, you’ll grow with us. Inspiring you in your endeavors, and teaching you the importance of family, love, and experiencing life. Remember, we’re not perfect, we’re only human. Look at God,” Ms. Evelyn said in a joint family statement.
The Braxtons is executive produced by Tara Long and Ri-Karlo Handy for Blink49 alongside Datari Turner for Datari Turner Productions.
A premiere date will be announced later.
