The competitors come from New York, New Jersey, Colorado, Texas, Illinois and California.
The roast will stream live as part of the Netflix Is a Joke comedy festival.
Keegan-Michael Key, Chelsea Handler, Tom Segura, Nikki Glaser, and Kumail Nanjiani serve as guest judges.
The awards will air live from Los Angeles on Monday, June 9.
