The domestic violence case involving Big Tigger and his wife, Alicia Brown, took a new turn this weekend when surveillance footage was released from the May 9 incident that led to his arrest.

TMZ published the video on June 27, that was recorded by a Ring camera in the couple’s suburban Atlanta home.

The footage shows Brown repeatedly saying, “Take a picture.” Big Tigger, born Darian Morgan, then appears to grab her arms and says, “Alicia stop!”

As the two struggle, Brown can be heard saying, “Get off of me!”

The two move toward a doorway, and a loud thud is heard. Brown cries out before the footage ends. TMZ reported it contacted Morgan for comment about the video but did not receive a response.

Morgan, a former host of BET’s Rap City, was taken into custody on June 20 in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

According to Fulton County jail records, he was charged with aggravated battery and third-degree cruelty to children. He posted $10,000 bond and was released the day of his arrest.

Morgan, who works as a radio host at Atlanta’s V-103, released a statement on June 24 denying the allegations.

“I unequivocally deny every allegation that has been made against me,” the statement read. “For the past 30+ years, I have built my life around relationships and community. Those who know me know the man, father, husband, and friend I have been throughout my life.”

He continued, “Because this is an active legal matter, I am limited in what I can say. What I can say is that I have complete confidence in the facts and in the legal process. I will continue to cooperate fully and trust that the truth will come to light.”

The arrest report obtained by Atlanta news station WSB-TV said the incident stemmed from an argument the two had over text messages Morgan reportedly received from a female co-worker.

Brown told police her husband yelled at her, saying, “You’re psycho.” According to the police report, Morgan began recording Brown with his phone. When she tried to grab the phone from his hand, the police report alleged he tackled her to the floor while they struggled over the phone.

Brown told officers she went to the couple’s basement where they share an office and said to Morgan, “I will show you psycho.”

She said Morgan yelled at her as she unplugged a computer they share from the wall. He allegedly came up behind her, grabbed her arms, and told her to stop, the report said. The incident was recorded by a Ring camera in the office.

Authorities alleged Morgan “shoved the victim, causing the victim to stumble headfirst into an office door.”

The report said Brown suffered a deep cut above her left eye, leading to the battery charge. A cruelty to children charge was added because the couple’s 13-year-old son was home at the time and could hear the altercation.

Police were notified after Brown arrived at an urgent care center seeking treatment. The police report said she initially refused to cooperate, telling officers she “was afraid of what [Morgan] might do to me.”

Brown and Morgan’s marital problems were made public on June 7, when she posted a tearful video on social media. She accused her husband of cheating and abuse in the video, which he immediately denied in a statement on social media.
