The 62-year-old entertainer’s good news comes amid uncertainty about his talk show, Steve.

Harvey voiced his frustrations about NBC giving away the talk show’s timeslot to the upcoming Kelly Clarkson Show, stating while at the  Variety Entertainment Summit in Las Vegas on Jan. 10:  “I thought it would have been nice of them to come to me — as the only dude who’s survived [in daytime TV] for seven years — about it.”

“I gotta make announcements too,” the West Virginia native added. “It will be something real cute.”

Harvey then revealed he’s open to other platforms like Facebook, sharing: “I gotta look at it. I gotta be smart. I gotta think about it because that’s where it’s headed. It’s not in network television anymore. Syndication is dead.”
