Michael Che dug into the Saturday Night Live archives this weekend for a joke about Nick Cannon’s large family.

During the “Weekend Update,” Che mentioned a recent analysis from Statistics Korea that said South Korea’s already-low birth rate fell to an all-time low last year, despite programs encouraging women to have more children.

The SNL comic offered his take: “A new report shows that South Korea now has the world’s lowest birth rate, despite the efforts of South Korean entertainer, Nick Cann Un.”

The comedian’s punchline got lots of laughs from the studio audience, just like in January 2023, when Che suggested sending Cannon to China to address the country’s declining population.

“It was reported that last year the population of China declined by 850,000 people… China plans to reverse the population decline with an emergency import of Nick Cannon,” Che said last year.

Different countries, but similar jokes. (We see you Michael Che).

As for Cannon, The Masked Singer and Wild N’ Out host has welcomed 12 children with six different women.

His twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey were born in 2011.

He is dad to three children with Brittany Bell — son Golden Sagon, daughter Powerful Queen, and son Rise Messiah.

Cannon and Abby De La Rosa are parents to twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir. He and De La Rosa also welcomed daughter Beautiful Zeppelin in November 2022.

He also fathered two children with Alyssa Scott — daughter Halo Marie Cannon and son Zen, who died of brain cancer at 5 months old in December 2021.

And Cannon is dad to son Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi and daughter Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole.
