Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey’s ex-husband, Peter Thomas, was arrested Friday in Miami, inmate booking records confirm.
Thomas was taken into custody at Miami International Airport as a fugitive with an outstanding warrant.
According to WPLG-TV in Miami, the reality star is being held without bond pending his extradition to Louisiana, where he is accused of writing bad checks. The TV station said Thomas is in the process of opening a nightclub in Miami Beach.

In his booking photo posted on the Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation Department website, Thomas is shown wearing a patterned white shirt. He has a grey beard, clean-shaven head and bloodshot eyes. Inmate records say he was booked into the system on March 1 at 2:27 p.m.
Thomas, 58, married Bailey on season 3 of the Bravo reality series during a televised wedding. They separated six years later and divorced in 2017.
